    nice surprise but the nurse knows why she said "congratulations"!!! after few days-> congratulations u owe us (hospital) 50k . now work to death to pay us.! just for ur info a childbirth in EU costs from nothing to 2k-3k depending how many days u will have the room and if u give birth to a private clinic or general (public) hospital.

    I can't believe how the couple managed to keep secrets from their families. The grandparents were gobsmacked having twin grandchildren. The look on grandma's face is priceless. Congratulations to the parents and grandparents 💖💖💖💖💖
